Best Apps for Small Business

May 4, 2015

If you’re a business owner, every moment counts. We have found some amazing lifehack apps that have not only saved us time, they have saved us money. Here are our top 5 apps for small business:

  1. Mailbox

We’ve all been there. You have an overflowing inbox that just never seems to be empty and you can’t seem to get a routine down to make it achievable? Mailbox is here to save the day! It allows you to archive emails into clever folders, delays reading non-urgent emails to a later date and you can organize your inbox into lists. What’s not to love?

  1. Google Drive

Oh, good ol’ Google Drive—what would we do without you? Google Drive allows you to access your must-have content from anywhere. Have photos, important documents, collaborative client spreadsheets or a top team management doc that you can’t imagine leaving home without? Download Google Drive and watch your world change. Yes, we love it that much.

  1. Evernote

Evernote is another app that we profess our love to on a daily basis. Are you the type of person that always seems to have random ideas on-the-go? Evernote provides you with a means to store those money-makers and come back to them later.

  1. DocuSign

Are you regularly having clients sign contracts? If so, Docusign is a must! It allows the user to easily sign a document without the headache of: Print, Sign, Scan, Send. Who wouldn’t want that?

  1. Remember the Milk

Remember the Milk integrates the likes of your Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook and Evernote accounts to create the ultimate to-do list. It’s a must have for people who keep their ideas/notes in a variety of places.

Which apps would you add to the list?
